A narrative review of the literature was carried out, using documentary analysis, which allowed the systematization and collection of qualitative data from indexed scientific articles, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. In particular, reconsidering university educational processes from the lens of epistemology and philosophical thinking not only enriches learning, but also gives students the ability to become autonomous thinkers, engaged citizens and creative innovators. This prepares them to effectively address the challenges of a continually changing world with confidence and competitive ability.
Nicolás Javier Rodríguez-Partidas, Josía Jeseff Isea-Argüelles, Maribel José Giménez-Guariguata ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1579 Tue, 01 Jul 2025 00:00:00 -0400 Open government policies in Peruvian regional governments https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1580
The general objective of the research was to analyze open government policies in Peruvian regional governments. The development of the method was based on an exhaustive documentary and bibliographic research, collection and critical analysis. This approach involved a methodical, rigorous and in-depth exploration of various documentary sources, including refereed scientific articles, with the aim of describing the findings in detail. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. It is concluded that the evolution of accounting from a traditional practice to a discipline empowered by technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), redefines the role of the accounting professional. Although accounting has historically focused on the collection, recording and analysis of financial transactions, the demands of today's environment, dominated by Big Data and the need for real-time information, exhibit the limitations of conventional methods
Jorge Luis Rugel-Sono ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1581 Tue, 01 Jul 2025 00:00:00 -0400 Work Stress, Leadership and Engagement: Impact on Productivity from a mixed approach https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1583
The general objective was to analyze work stress, leadership and engagement: Impact on judicial productivity from a mixed approach. The present research employed a non-experimental design. This means that the variables are not manipulated; instead, the phenomenon is observed and analyzed as it occurs naturally in its environment. The method employed was a mixed approach, characterized by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This approach made it possible to capitalize on the advantages inherent in each paradigm. In addition, the analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were applied. It is concluded that the psychosocial well-being of judicial system employees and excellence in leadership are irreplaceable strategic assets. To overlook the effect of stress and ignore the influence of effective leadership and dedication at work is to undermine the integrity and functioning of a fundamental support of society
Kelly Guisela Llantoy-Morales ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1583 Tue, 01 Jul 2025 00:00:00 -0400 Towards an efficient regional governance: Confluence between technology, organization and change https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1593
The general objective of the research was to analyze how the confluence of technological implementation, organizational transformation and change management contributes to the improvement of efficiency in regional governance. Systematic review https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1603
This study conducts a systematic review of literature related to the development of critical thinking in students at secondary basic education; a skill considered an essential competence for the formation of autonomous citizens. The PRISMA protocol was used to retrieve and filter records from SCOPUS, Web of Science, ERIC, PsycINFO and Google Scholar, applying inclusion criteria that included quantitative, qualitative and mixed studies in English, Spanish and Portuguese. A total of 150 studies were evaluated according to methodological design, geographical context and pedagogical strategies. The results showed that collaborative learning, concept mapping and digital environments promoted substantial improvements in analytical skills and critical dispositions. However, heterogeneity in the instruments used and the absence of in-depth qualitative research and longitudinal follow-up were identified. It was concluded that, despite the demonstrated efficacy, it was necessary to validate tools and design mixed and prolonged studies to ensure the sustainability of the results.
Aracely Jacqueline Mendoza-Vega, Marjorie Juana Vera-Arias ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1603 Tue, 01 Jul 2025 00:00:00 -0400 Teaching performance and emotional intelligence. Likewise, teaching performance has been strengthened when the teacher develops emotional competencies such as empathy, self-regulation, intrinsic motivation, and social skills. Finally, it was concluded that emotional intelligence has been a determining factor in university educational practice since it has influenced both the quality of the teaching-learning process and the well-being of teachers and students.
Rosalinda Isabel González-Arauz ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1604 Tue, 01 Jul 2025 00:00:00 -0400 Territorial governance as a solution to mining conflicts, Peru https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1605
The general objective of the research was to analyze territorial governance as a solution to mining conflicts in Peru. The methodological development was based on an exhaustive documentary and bibliographic review, which involved a critical and in-depth exploration of various sources, including peer-reviewed scientific articles. This approach is fundamental to describe in detail the findings and contextualize the events or problems under analysis. It also allowed us to move from general statements to specific conclusions, thus ensuring a rigorous and well-founded investigation. It is concluded that artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) in Peru is a complex, multifaceted and deeply rooted phenomenon in the socioeconomic structure of the country, especially in rural and difficult to access regions. Despite its importance as a source of employment and livelihood for thousands of families, the activity is marked by high levels of informality, labor precariousness, and environmental deterioration.
Elsye Verónica Dioses-Díaz ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1605 Tue, 01 Jul 2025 00:00:00 -0400
