Manejo de shock séptico a nivel pulmonar en pacientes críticos

Resumen
El presente estudio analiza el manejo del shock séptico pulmonar en pacientes críticos, con énfasis en el diagnóstico temprano y en estrategias terapéuticas orientadas a reducir la mortalidad. Mediante una revisión sistemática de 30 estudios recientes, siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA 2020, se evaluaron intervenciones efectivas como la reanimación hemodinámica temprana, la antibioticoterapia empírica precoz y la ventilación mecánica protectora. Los resultados destacan la efectividad de herramientas diagnósticas como las escalas SOFA y qSOFA, el monitoreo del lactato sérico y el uso de imágenes diagnósticas, así como la importancia del abordaje multidisciplinario. Factores como edad avanzada, comorbilidades y resistencia antimicrobiana fueron identificados como predictores de alta mortalidad. Se concluye que la atención integral, la capacitación continua del personal sanitario y la aplicación de protocolos estandarizados son claves para mejorar el pronóstico en estos pacientes.
