Information technology infrastructure for incidental response times

Abstract

The objective is to generate an information technology infrastructure library proposal for the incidental response times in the Cooperativa Virgen Del Cisne. Being developed methodologically from the rationalist research approach. The GLPI application in the department of information technology helps a lot to solve the problems which was developed using the good practices of information technology infrastructure libraries version 3, it was possible to identify the processes and who is responsible for solving, helping with the financial system and solve the response times in the cooperative Virgen del Cisne.
